Shipping & Delivery

Maison Shéron offers international delivery to selected destinations.

Each order is prepared and inspected before leaving the House. Products are presented in Maison Shéron packaging appropriate to the object and prepared for secure transport.

Order Processing

Available objects are generally prepared for dispatch following order confirmation and final quality inspection.

Made-to-order, personalized, limited-edition and special objects may require additional production time. Estimated delivery information will be communicated at the time of purchase or inquiry.

International Delivery

Delivery times vary according to destination, customs procedures and the nature of the object.

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs charges according to the regulations of the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges will be communicated during checkout or remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Collectible & Exceptional Objects

Certain Maison Shéron objects, including trunks, furniture and exceptional commissions, may require specialized handling, crating or white-glove delivery.

Delivery arrangements for these pieces will be coordinated individually with the client.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided following dispatch.
